Before you order
An Aurora mailing address does not establish who issues permits—Aurora addresses can fall under the City of Aurora or Arapahoe, Adams or Douglas County. Confirm the governing jurisdiction for your parcel, then check its zoning, setbacks, easements and any HOA requirements for your proposed use.

Plan a level base and drainage before installation.
Compare shed foundationsMost buildings arrive fully assembled and are set in place on delivery day—no construction phase in your yard. When a narrow gate, fence or overhead clearance rules that out, we frame the building right where it will sit. Learn how each method works and which one fits your property.
Compare assembled delivery vs. on-site buildingDelivery to Aurora
Aurora is within our free delivery area—150 miles from our Penrose yard—so there is no delivery fee for a fully assembled building. Your shed arrives on a specialized trailer and is placed on your prepared site; the delivery path should be about a foot wider than the building with roughly 16 feet of overhead clearance.
If a gate, fence or tight approach rules out assembled delivery, we build the shed on site instead. Site preparation and foundation work are quoted separately from the building.

A shed project involves more than choosing a building and scheduling delivery. There's permitting, site preparation, foundations, construction, finishing work, and often cleanup or landscaping afterward. The Shed Yard can help bring all these pieces together—whether you need a simple shed and gravel pad or a fully finished building with concrete, interior improvements and surrounding landscaping. Pick only the services your project needs; each is itemized in your quote.
One Project. One Team. One Point of Contact.
Instead of hiring and scheduling separate contractors for each phase, you work with one company that coordinates the building and every service around it. Tell us the outcome you want, and we bring the pieces together.
From browsing to delivery day
Buying a shed is simpler than managing a construction project. Most purchases follow the same six steps—and permits, concrete, demolition or landscaping are not part of every order. Those are additional services you add only when your property and project call for them.
Browse our shed models and compare styles, sizes and starting prices. Our size guide and real Aurora project stories help you picture what fits your yard and everything you need to store.
Choose the options that make the building yours—doors, windows, ramps, shelving, lofts and finish choices. Each model page lists its standard features so you know exactly what the base price includes.
Tell us about your building, your property and any services you need. You receive an itemized quote covering the building, your selected options and any requested site work—so the total is clear before you order.
Review the quote with our team, confirm your building, options and site details, and place your order when you are ready. No surprises—everything is listed before you commit.
Confirm the delivery path and access, and have your pad or foundation ready. If a gate, fence or overhead clearance rules out assembled delivery, we plan an on-site build instead.
In-stock buildings typically deliver in about 1–2 weeks and built-to-order sheds in 4–6 weeks; on-site builds run about 5–8 weeks. Your shed arrives fully assembled and is set in place, or is built right where it will sit.
