How do I order a building from The Shed Yard?

Three ways: build and price it yourself in our online 3D customizer, buy an in-stock building for the fastest delivery, or call our Colorado team and we will configure and place the order with you. What snow and wind loads are your buildings built for?

Our structures are framed for Colorado conditions — steep-shedding roof profiles, upgraded framing for high snow-load areas, and anchoring for wind uplift. Exact design loads depend on the model and your address, because requirements change sharply with elevation. The framing details behind those ratings are in how to determine a quality shed.

What does your warranty cover?

Shed Yard structures carry a workmanship and materials warranty, and our shells and garages are covered by a 1/1/5 warranty. Coverage assumes the building sits on a proper base and is maintained — improper site conditions and neglect are the usual exclusions. Can I design and price my shed online?

Yes. Our online 3D customizer lets you choose a style and size, pick colors, add doors, windows, and options, and see the price as you build. You can place the order there or send the design to our team for help. Pick a model to start from on our sheds page.

Can I buy a shed that is ready to deliver now?

Yes. In-stock buildings are already built and are the fastest way to get a shed, garage, or coop on your property, often in a week or two instead of the 4 to 6 weeks for a new build.
