How do I order a building from The Shed Yard?
The short answer
Three ways: build and price it yourself in our online 3D customizer, buy an in-stock building for the fastest delivery, or call our Colorado team and we will configure and place the order with you. Three ways to order
- 3D customizer — configure size, roof, siding, colors, doors, and windows and see pricing live. Design yours.
- In-stock buildings — already built and ready for the quickest possible delivery.
- By phone — a local person walks you through sizing, options, and payment, and places the order.
What happens after you order
- We confirm the configuration, the address, and your site conditions.
- You choose how to pay: in full, rent to own, or financing.
- If a permit is needed, we send drawings for your packet.
- Site prep is scheduled if needed, then delivery or build day is set.
