Can I store a riding mower or ATV in a shed?
The short answer
Yes, with a large enough door and a ramp. Plan a 10x16 or larger once a mower, snowblower, and workbench share the space, and choose a wide double door so the machine clears. Our floor systems use 16-inch-on-center joists for strength. Sizing examples are in our what size shed do I need guide.
For a UTV or small vehicle, a 1-car garage gives more door width and floor capacity.
